After a concept plan and agreement was in place, our head designer took all of this information to produce a hand drawn master plan, with plant list and mood boards, presented to the client. In this example, hand drawn designs were chosen as the final plan - to view some our of CAD work, also available as a separate service, please As detailed in the designs (left), two main sections were created. The first area is a more formal design and feel, with circular lawns and a winding path to create the appearance of width. Planting is structured with a contemporary, muted colour pallette (greens, whites, lilacs). Spotlights are positioned along the path. The second area, screened off by hedging plants and accessed through a circular arch with climbing plants, is very different - bursting with colour and planting, an informal Oak boardwalk leads through the garden, which contains two seating areas (one with fire pit), a stumpery and up-lights highlight four main feature trees (Prunus serrula).
